Delivery

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Standard delivery to the UK, Ireland and the EU is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, UK delivery takes 7–14 working days and Ireland & EU delivery 10–18 working days. You'll find delivery times for other countries in our Delivery Policy.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also check its status at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Email us first and we'll send you the return instructions. Full details are in our Returns Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Sizing

How do I choose my size?

Every product page includes a size guide with UK sizes and garment measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. Still unsure? Email us with your usual UK or EU size and we'll help you choose.

Orders & payment

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes. Payments are handled through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once dispatched, you can return it when it arrives.
